42. Geologists who grant a request referred to in section 60.6 of the Professional Code (chapter C-26) must, in addition to the requirement provided for in the second paragraph of article 40 of the Civil Code, issue to the applicant, free of charge, a copy of the corrected information or, as the case may be, an attestation that the information has been deleted or that comments have been filed in the record.
